1. Interpretation and Definitions

In this tab88 Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" means the tab88 website accessible at tab88.onl together with all services, applications and interfaces provided through it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the tab88 platform.
• "Account" means a member's personal profile registered on the tab88 platform, including wallet balance, betting history and personal information.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a member's account at any given time that can be used for betting or requested for withdrawal.

2. Registration and Account Management

To register as a tab88 member, an individual must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Not be subject to any legal restriction that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.

Members are fully responsible for the security of their login details. Any activity that occurs under a member's account is the responsibility of that member. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the tab88 support team immediately.

tab88 does not allow accounts to be transferred to another party under any circumstances. Accounts are personal and exclusive to the registered owner only.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

tab88 supports a range of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian members. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The terms relating to deposits are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50, regardless of the payment method used.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the same member. tab88 does not accept deposits from third parties.
• Deposits are typically credited to the member's account immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• tab88 does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.

The terms relating to withdrawals are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM100.
• Approved withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to a payment method that has been verified in the name of the registered member.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement is fulfilled.
• tab88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

tab88 offers various promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms set out on the relevant promotions page, read together with these general terms.

The general bonus terms are as follows:

• Bonuses are only available to members who meet all eligibility requirements set at the time the offer is issued.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash. Bonus funds must be wagered according to the specified rollover ratio before winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim the bonus more than once through multiple account registrations is fraudulent and prohibited.
• tab88 reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any bonus if there are signs of abuse or a breach of terms.
• In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

The tab88 VIP Programme offers weekly cashback to loyal members based on membership tier: Bronze (up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%) and Diamond (up to 1.5%). Tier advancement depends on a member's betting activity over time.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed through the tab88 platform are subject to the game rules set by the respective game providers as well as tab88's general policies.

• Bets may only be placed when there are sufficient funds in the member's account. tab88 does not provide credit or debt facilities to members.
• Any bet that has been confirmed and accepted by the system is final and cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In unexpected technical situations such as connection disruptions, tab88 will rely on the saved system records as the final reference for determining bet outcomes.
• tab88 reserves the right to void bets and refund funds if there is a serious technical fault that affects the integrity of the game.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes by any means, including the use of automated software, bots or other unauthorised methods, is strictly prohibited.

6. Member Conduct and Responsibilities

tab88 members are required to behave respectfully and responsibly when using the platform. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action:

• Using offensive, abusive or threatening language in any communication with tab88 staff or other members.
• Committing any form of fraud, including the use of another person's credit card details, chargeback fraud or document forgery.
• Sharing an account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, circumvent restrictions or for any other unauthorised purpose.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the tab88 platform.

Members are also responsible for ensuring that their participation in gambling activities complies with the laws applicable where they are located. tab88 does not guarantee that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

tab88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so, including:

• Breach of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Suspected fraud, identity falsification or other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the stipulated period.
• Receipt of a valid complaint from authorities or financial institutions relating to the account.

Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the tab88 support team. Any eligible balance will be settled in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, once all required checks are complete.

After account closure, tab88 reserves the right to retain member data records as required by applicable laws and privacy policies.

8. Responsible Gambling

9. Limitation of Liability

The tab88 platform is provided "as is". While we strive to ensure continuous platform availability, tab88 does not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or technical errors.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These tab88 Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tab88 operates under its international licence. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform shall first be resolved through direct negotiation between the member and tab88 management.

Should negotiation fail to reach a satisfactory resolution within a reasonable period, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration, and the decision shall be final.

tab88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this document at any time. The effective date will be updated at the top of this document. It is the member's responsibility to review the latest terms periodically.

Should any provision in these Terms and Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining unaffected provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
